Dijon Garlic Chili Salmon
Another day, another great salmon recipe. This salmon has a sweet and spicy flavor to it that I just love.
Don’t have lemons? You could try lime juice with this instead of lemon juice and it would taste great.
Recipe for Dijon Garlic Chili Salmon:
Ingredients Needed:
12 oz salmon (2-3 filets 4-6 oz each)
1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Siracha or 1 teaspoon Sambal Olek
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Servings Made: 2-3 servings
Time to Prep: 15 minutes including marination
Time to Cook: 7-10 minutes
How to Make:
In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well combined. Marinate salmon filets in bowl for 10-15 mins in the fridge.
Place filets on a foil lined and greased baking tray. Broil on high on top rack of oven for 7-10 mins until cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
Serve with your choice of sides like vegetables, rice or salad.
Enjoy!
