Lemon Dill Salmon
Quick and easy and not to mention healthy dinner idea for you today. 4 ingredient lemon dill salmon!
Serve this with a side of rice, vegetables or even a salad for a full meal that is not only healthy but delicious! I love making this and mushing it up with basmati rice, chopped cucumbers, Siracha sauce, soya sauce and some Kewpie mayo. Yum! (I think this was a Tik Tok thing?)

Pro tip - Broil your salmon instead of baking it. You will get a nice crisp on the outside with a delicious flaky (not dry) inside. I recommend getting a meat thermometer to check for doneness. It is the best way to ensure your fish is not overcooked. I always use mine as you can clearly see in the photo below from hole in the salmon filet ;)

How to Make:
Line a baking tray with foil and grease with cooking spray or brush with some olive oil. Place salmon filets on top of foil.
Whisk lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl and drizzle onto salmon filets. Broil salmon in oven on high for 7-10 mins until cooked through. Make sure your oven rack is on the top or second from top. Do not move oven racks when oven is hot or on!
