Maple Salmon
If dinner got any easier than this I would be surprised. This dish has just three ingredients and packs so much flavor!
If you are watching your sugar intake, then feel free to use sugar free maple syrup for this recipe. It works just as well. I love topping this fish with some chopped green onions, it sounds weird, but it works!
Recipe for Maple Salmon:
Ingredients Needed:
3-4 salmon filets (4-6 oz each)
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
Everything but the bagel seasoning (to taste)
Optional - chopped green onions for topping
Servings Made: 3-4 servings
Time to Prep: 5 minutes
Time to Cook: 8-10 minutes
How to Make:
Place salmon filets on a foil lined tray greased with some cooking spray or olive oil spray. Brush or drizzle maple syrup on top of filets and sprinkle on seasoning. Broil on high in oven on the top or second from the top rack for 8-10 mins. Time to cook depends on the thickness of the filet. Check doneness with a meat thermometer.
Serve topped with some chopped green onions or as is.
Enjoy!
