Crispy Air Fryer Potato Skin Chips

Recipe for Crispy Potato Skin Chips:
Ingredients Needed:
Peels from 2-3 large potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Olive oil spray
Servings Made: 1-2 servings
Time to Prep: 5 minutes
Time to Cook: 4-5 minutes
How to Make:
Toss potato peels in seasoning and oil. Place in greased air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crisp. You can mix them up at the halfway mark and spray with oil spray.
Serve with your fave dipping sauce or snack on them plain.
Optional - experiment with other spices such as rosemary, parsley, or garlic and parmesan for new flavors of these chips.
