Dirt ‘n Worms (Chocolate cookie pudding cups)

Anyone else feel nostalgic seeing these dirt ‘n worm pudding cups? They may not look appetizing, but they are indeed delicious. So many variations you could do with these cups as well by changing up the pudding flavor/color, the type of cookie crumbs, or even the candies on top!

These are quick no bake treats that you can serve up fast!

Perfect for the spring or any Easter holiday festivities. It would be great to have these as an activity for the kids or for a kids birthday party too.

Recipe for Dirt ‘n Worms Pudding Cups:

Ingredients Needed:

1 box of instant chocolate pudding mix (You can also use ready made individual pudding cups to save time)

15-20 crushed Oreo cookies or similar

Toppings - more crushed Oreos, chocolate sprinkles and candy worms/bugs.

Servings Made: 6-8 pudding cups

Time to Prep: 5 - 10 minutes

Time to Cook: N/A

How to Make:

Prepare the instant pudding as per box instructions.

Layer the pudding and crushed cookies on top of each other in small clear cups or glasses. Wide mouth cups are best so you can fit a spoon easily inside. I like to use my stemless wine glasses for these.

Top with candy bugs/worms and more cookie crumbs to resemble dirt. You can also use some green sprinkles to resemble grass.

Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill before serving.

Enjoy!
