20 Minute Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Pasta with garlic on the table in 20 minutes? Need I say more?

This dish is so versatile, change up the noodle type and the vegetables used and you will have a new dish every time!

Recipe for Garlic Shrimp Pasta:

Ingredients Needed:

4-6 oz cooked pasta of your choice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

10-12 raw jumbo shrimp (washed and deveined with tails and shells removed)

Cooked vegetables of your choice (about 100-200 grams)

  • I use steamed broccoli but any vegetable will work even frozen vegetables

Salt, red chili flakes and fresh ground pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4-1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Optional - parmesan cheese to top

Servings Made: 2-3 servings

Time to Prep: 5 minutes

Time to Cook: 20 minutes

How to Make:

Cook and drain pasta as per box instructions and set aside.

Heat up oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat. If you are using minced garlic, add this now and sauté for a minute until garlic is fragrant.

Ensure shrimp are patted very dry. Add raw shrimp to pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until shrimp almost cooked through. Add veggies and pasta as well as your seasonings. Mix well and cook another 2-3 minutes until shrimp cooked through.

Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
