Cookies and Cream Chocolate Monster Bark
This sweet snack is going to be the star of your next halloween party or pumpkin carving night! Throw on your favorite halloween tunes, put out a plate of this bark and get spooky (whatever that means lol). I spook very easily, so no spiders, ghosts or haunted houses can come anywhere near me!
I will however, eat tray after tray of this delicious cookies and cream bark. You can find me by the snack table at any party! Watch how easy they are to make!
Recipe for Cookies and Cream Monster Bark:
Ingredients Needed:
16 oz white chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 package candy eyes
Festive halloween sprinkles
15-20 crushed Oreos or similar
Servings Made: one 9X13 tray of bark
Time to Prep: 5 minutes
Time to Make: 5 minutes plus 1 hour to set in fridge or freezer
How to Make:
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in 20-30 second increments in the microwave, mixing well in between until smooth. Add 3/4 of the crushed Oreos and mix in to combine. Pour into a 9x13 baking tray or pan lined with parchment paper.
Spread evenly with a spatula and top with rest of Oreo cookie pieces. Place candy eyes and sprinkles on top and place tray in fridge or freezer to set the chocolate.
Once set, break bark apart by smacking it with a wooden spoon or breaking with hands.
