Raspberry Bites

Fruit and chocolate together is a combination that I didn’t actually start to like until I was an adult. I’m not sure why. I guess I was more of a fruit and ice cream girl. Now, I love the combo together!

These raspberry bites are a fun snack that you can make to give your sweet tooth what it wants. I love using white chocolate chips for these, but any kind will do. These bites would look great on a charcuterie board too.

Pro tip - freeze these bites for an extra special frozen fruit treat. And if you are getting fancy, dip the entire bite into melted chocolate or yogurt before freezing!
