S’mores Parfait Cups

These mini s’mores parfait cups are perfect if you don’t have a campfire outside but you want some s’mores. This is a great dessert to get the kids involved in making as they can layer up the ingredients in their own mini jars or cups. Did I mention there is no baking involved??

I used my kitchen torch to roast the marshmallows. My kids obviously didn’t use the torch! If you don’t have a torch, just keep the marshmallows plain, this dessert will still taste delicious.

Recipe for S’mores Parfait Cups:

Ingredients Needed:

8-10 graham crackers crushed up

1/2 milk chocolate bar broken into pieces

100g marshmallow fluff

Large handful of mini marshmallows

3-4 chocolate pudding cups or you can use pudding mix prepared as per box instructions

Servings Made: 4-5 individual cups

Time to Prep: 5 minutes

Time to Make: 5 minutes plus 30 minutes inactive time in fridge

How to Make:

Layer the crushed graham crackers, marshmallow fluff and chocolate pudding in clear cups or mason jars. Wide mouth cups are best so you can put a spoon inside. I love using my old (washed) Oui glass yogurt containers for these. Continue layering this way until you reach the top of the jar and place a handful of mini marshmallows on the top with a few chocolate pieces.

Store in fridge until ready to serve. These are best served cold so chill for at least 30 minutes.

You can use a kitchen torch to roast the marshmallows on top before serving if you wish.

Enjoy!
