Teriyaki Salmon

This is a simple dish that doesn’t take long to make at all. This salmon would be perfect on top of a salad or even to go with a stir fry or noodle dish.

I love this with some vegetables and rice for a full meal.

Recipe for Teriyaki Salmon:

Ingredients Needed:

4 salmon filets (4-6oz each)

1/2 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 -1 teaspoon soya sauce (I prefer the low sodium)

1 teaspoon garlic paste or 1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon thick teriyaki marinade

Optional - chopped green onions and sesame seeds for topping

Servings Made: 4 servings

Time to Prep: 10 minutes

Time to Cook: 7-10 minutes

How to Make:

Mix all ingredients above in a medium bowl and marinate fish filets in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Line a baking tray with foil and grease with cooking spray or olive oil spray. Place fish on tray and drizzle any extra marinade on top of the filets.

Place in oven on top rack or second from top rack. Broil on high for 7-10 minutes until fish cooked throughout. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.

Top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions and serve.

Pro tip - if salmon isn’t your fave fish, you can use this marinade for other types of fish also!

Enjoy!
